Andreas Denk is dancer, choreographer, décor designer, founder and artistic director of plan d-. He makes humorous and infectious dance productions for the whole family. He is a master in integrating daily attributes into dance phrases and hilarious scenes. His creativity and fantasy keeps surprising his public again and again.
Andreas Denk: “I don’t put attributes on the edge but right in the middle of the performance. They form obstacles which confront me in my movements and choreographies.”
Quote: Andreas Denk, (…) can make something out of nothing. Attributes and props are his motor, they pump his movements and moving phrases. Things of everyday life are enough for his complete choreography. And so the friends look more like do-it—yourself men than dancers.

After spending more than twenty years in the creative industry as a designer and art director, I consciously made the transition from design to business management in recent years.
The experience I gained during that time—developing visions, guiding creative processes, and collaborating with a wide range of teams and brands—now forms the foundation of my role.
In my current position, my focus is on connecting people, strategy, and organisation. I am energised by creating an environment in which talent can flourish, teams can collaborate effectively, and ambitions can be translated into tangible results. I strongly believe in the power of open communication, mutual trust, and a shared vision.
I combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a people-centred approach and feel most at home at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and development.
With two years of experience in business management, I am committed every day to supporting the growth of both the organisation and the people within it, always with a long-term perspective and a willingness to embrace innovation.

Silke Dekker is involved at Plan d- in the development and implementation of educational projects and accompanying programs. She graduated in 2024 as a dance educator from the Fontys Academy of the Arts, with a specialization in performance. For Silke, dance is a central art form that can have an impact not only on stage, but also in an educational context.
She received an all-round training in styles including classical ballet, modern dance, jazz, urban contemporary, and floorwork. She draws on this broad artistic background to engage young people and audiences with the work of Plan d- in a playful and meaningful way. Alongside her work in the field, she is pursuing a master’s in Contemporary Dance, Theatre and Dramaturgy at Utrecht University.
Silke constantly seeks connections between artistic practice and education, and believes in the power of curiosity, imagination, and movement as tools for encounter and deepening.
